Member in Corporate Services team that is responsible of managing and providing corporate services to
the end users. Broad knowledge and experience of windows server administration, storage (IOMEGA,
EMC VNX5200, HP 5000/4100 EVA) and systems security, Active Directory and Exchange.
Deliver support of LAN/WAN technologies including AD, DNS, DHCP, FTP, E-mail, high availability, storage,
patch management, web servers, software deployment, group policy, and system security.
Engaged in various projects involving: infrastructure implementation, virtualization (Hyper-V &
VMware), server consolidation, Active Directory and Exchange upgrade/migration.
Maintain highest level of security for corporate systems
Ensure Corporate services availability by performing health monitor via centralized monitoring
system
Ensure system resources availability by practicing a capacity planning.
Provide technical consultancy and guidance to all departments in initiating new projects
Enhance corporate systems performance by performing maintenance activities.
Ensure IT service escalations are resolved in a timely manner by engaging appropriate IT teams,
leading troubleshooting activity and liaising closely with the business to provide updates and/or
co-ordinate resources.
Analyze service data and provide regular (weekly) reporting on service levels to the business and
IT management.
Part of IT Plan to discard the obsolete Hardware/Software by migrating to latest Technologies
Hired as a full‐time IT infrastructure Engineer for multiple clients ( e.g Energizer Middle east, Starwood Hotels, punjab
National bank, GL‐Noble Denton) of Lattice IT consultancy (within agreed SLA).
Responsibilities:
IT Support (Hardware & Software) to different clients of Lattice(within agreed SLA)
Support in Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Scanners other IT equipment (Installing and Troubleshooting)
Managing Productions Servers (AD, DNS, Exchange & Applications) both in Physical & Virtualized
Environment (Vmware & HyperV)
Managing Backups (Backup Exec, Symantec Backup, ARC backup solutions), Antivirus (Kaspersky,
MacAfee, Trend Micro, Endpoint Security etc.
Network equipment configuring and maintaining (Router, Switches & Hubs)
Installing Applications, Software’s, Operating Systems, Solving day to day IT problems relating IT
equipments, LAN, WAN, Smart phones, Tablets, Software/Hardware.
Researched, recommended and implemented network enhancements that improved system reliability
and performance
Responsible for the fast and accurate troubleshooting of reported fault
Playing role in up‐gradations of IT infrastructure of the clients
