-Develop goals for training and development function to improve business results and performance.
-Suggest training programs to be held during a cycle.
-Prepare yearly training plan according to the development plan of the performance management for each department and facility.

-Communicate with training providers to get good proposal according to BAU needs and negotiate to guarantee best training programs after the selection process.
-Review post training evaluations and present reports to direct supervisor and others concerned.
-Evaluate the training providers according to BAU’s criteria and update the Training Provider’s Comparison sheet.
-Manage performance appraisal forms to all departments on set schedules.
-Support departments on topics related to performance management.
-Review and check all data performance on applied system.
-Complete analytics related to performance and hand in report to HR Director.
-Develop new forms according to any new process, new amendments in the procedure or new policy exist.
-Prepare new job descriptions by completing job analysis, observation or applying any other recommended technique.
-Review suggested amendments to existing job descriptions.

• Assisted in implementing the TNA methodology and training plan for the 4 Ministries (CSB, MOSA, MOT, MoPH and MOI)
• Preparing Report outlines and writing Progress Report

Description : Development of Position Structures for the Municipal Sector in Saudi Arabia. As a Senior consultant participating in the development of functional structures for the entire municipal sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The project comprises the following:
• Situational analysis, process evaluation and documentation, organization and position structures validation.
• Developing position structure models for various categories of Municipalities.
• Organization development plan for migration to the new structures.
• Human resource development plan.
• Job description, functional statements and jobs classification for all municipal positions.
• Database design linking position structures to human resources management.
• Implementation plan showing the manning schedules and implementation guidelines.
• Process evaluation
These tasks were conducted for a sample of 24 municipalities of various sizes and geographical areas.
