Job Responsibilities:
* Responsible of Designing new projects from concept to completion.
* Producing Design drawings (Plans, Elevations) and 2D, 3D Presentation drawings with a high quality render.
* Preparing BOQ.
* Preparing scale drawings for Contractors.
* Communicating with the Brand Manager, Coordinator, and the VM Team about
the concept that will be followed.
* Considering all the factors before finalizing Current design like Layout and
Promotions going on.
* Working in collaboration with brand Manager and Retail Visual-
Presentation/Merchandising teams, to develop best-in-class retail experiences for
the consumer.
* Obtaining approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
* Responsible for the design, layout, and formatting of material in accordance with
the instructions from the Brand Manager.
* Responsible for the development of images and concepts for a variety of creative
projects primarily focused on the Retail/Consumer experience.
* Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style
and size.
* Reviewing and studying photographs and illustrations to plan the presentation of
material, products or service to clients.
* Traveling to store locations as needed to check whether execution of the design is
done properly and as per Brand Guidelines.

• Researching & Defining project requirements and Client needs, Expectations.
• Researching & Defining codes, rules that governing many aspects of the project.
• Drawing detailed as built plans with proper dimensions.
• Producing Design drawings (Plans, Elevations) and 2D, 3D Presentation drawings. with a high-quality render.
• Producing shop drawing packages and sample boards.
• Preparing BOQ.
• Helping client with FF&E Selection while keeping within budget.
• Preparing scale drawings for Contractors.
• Contracting with freelance Interior Designers if needed and assign tasks to them to develop design solutions.
• Compiling and Organizing design drawings and documents.
• Supervising work progress if needed.
• Search for new projects via Social Media.
Production Manager for the Aluminum Factory.
Job Responsibilities:
• Conducting all the required studies & shop drawings for construction projects regarding to Aluminum works (windows, doors and facades).
• Preparing the price quotations for potential projects.
• Responsible for receiving the packaging & raw materials to ensure the required quantities for production are available.
• Designs and implements process flow, material flow.
• Working alongside workers and technicians.
• Controlling project materials from warehouse to site.
• Preparing & Following the production plan.
• Improving productivity and reduce losses and downtime.
• Responsible of factory machines and tools.
• Coordinating with the Maintenance department on the machines' breakdowns & ensuring the maintenance routine of the production equipment is completed.
• Determining which machines, tools, equipment, etc. will be used and where they will be stationed in the facility.
• Determining how many workers are needed to the production line.
