• Ensure site inspections/material inspections were carried out as per project requirements; maintain logs, documents, and records
• Prepare daily observation, weekly report, monthly report, accident/incident report, etc.
• Prepare job risk assessment after careful review of method statement with respective engineers

• Organizing Executives HSE weekly meeting and General HSE monthly meetings

• Continuous Monitoring of excavation and trench operations, critical lifting, work at height operation and ensure compliance with safety guidelines
• Conducted Special Training on Confined Space (Risk assessment, Permit to Work, Authorization, level of training, Standby emergency team, LEL, and UEL).
• Educate the workforce for Indemnifying Hazard on Worksite
