· Managing credit risk approval process through, reviewing in depth and analysis of credit risk proposals, financial analysis, cashflow projections and sensitivity analysis for new and existing customers received from Corporate, Real Estate and Investment Business Units and approving these finance requests.
· Conduct detailed Due Diligence and add recommendations for the credit committee and higher approval levels covering all the aspects of risk related to the proposed and existing facilities for each customer/counterparty, confirmation of customer’s credit risk grades and where necessary suggest changes in risk grade based on customers operating performance and interim financial results changes in market environment and management, in addition of, reviewing all applications for enhancement and amendments of the credit limits.
· Ensure effective implementation of the credit policy manual and strict compliance during the credit due diligence process and clearly highlight any deviations to the existing credit guidelines and discuss them with the Business Unit Heads where necessary.
· Provide feedback on quality of portfolio and escalate concerns based on changing market and business conditions that may result in deterioration of credit portfolio ultimately impacting the overall risk grades leading to losses to the bank.

Conduct market researchs and provide feed on customers, business environment and ongoing changes to manage the loan portfolio.
