JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:
 Receiving official BID/inquiries requests from Aramco through Aramco Portal.
 Sending inquires to product specialist and purchasing department to get the supplier quote.
 Preparing Quotations/offers through BAAN system and submission to Aramco
 Receiving official Aramco PO’s/order confirmation and preparing sales order.
 Submitting Sales order to concern department for further action.
 Visiting Saudi Aramco to discuss new inquiries and introduce our products.
 Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
 Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
 Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
 Handling Rig Jobs according to Aramco DTH (service order request)
 Collecting, analyzing, evaluating and accounting the information in order to increase productivity of sales.
 Follow up with workshop team regarding in process job, completed job when required
 Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal meetings.
 Make necessary arrangement for local purchase in case of non-availability of material and under the instruction of the concerned.
 Daily Updating & maintaining Sales Record Master Sheet.

REPAIR PROJECT COORDINATOR
GE OIL & GAS (VG & WG) PRESSURE CONTROL DAMMAM (KSA)
Worked with GE OIL & GAS (Vetco Gray and Wood Group) PRESSURE CONTROL DAMMAM (Saudi Arabia) as “Repair Project Coordinator” Since March, 2014 to Jan, 2016
GE OIL & GAS (Vetco Gray and Wood Group) is providing entire manufacturing, refurbishment & field services facilities to Saudi Arabian oil and gas company (Aramco) and K-J-O (Khafji Joint Operations).


JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:
 Receipt of material and verify it’s with DTH (Service Order Request)
 Coordinate for engineering disposition with Engineering and Quality.
 Preparing Scope of work for refurbishment of (Gate valves, Spools, Test plug, wear bushings, Running and Retrieving Tools, tubing bonnet, lower master valves, X-Trees etc and all making up jobs including (Wood group and vetco gray tubing Hangers, MLL and MLC jobs)
 Preparing RFQ (Request for Quotation) when required & Get third party Quotes from sourcing team.
 Sending Quotation Requests to commercial Team to prepare the Quotes for Saudi Aramco and KJO.
 Verifying delivery notes and ensure customer representative signature.
 Coordinate and follow up with vendors/supplier regarding all kinds of repair jobs.
 Coordinate and Follow up with our vendors regarding all Vetco Gray Offshore MLL and MLC, MLS (MUDLINE) making up jobs such as (30”, 24”, 18-5/8”, 13-3/8”, 9-5/8” & 7” etc)
 Preparing job routing for Repair job assigned and as well as closing job routing after completion of repair jobs.
 Raising POR (purchase order request) through oracle and GE work flow system and verifying Related PO’s copies.
 Handling Repair Store house inventory and updating in the system.
 Coordinate with customer regarding Repair jobs such as upcoming, ongoing and completed jobs.

Worked with ADOS Pakistan Limited as a (Quality Engineer) with effect from December, 2011 to February, 2014. But I joined ADOS as a Quality Control inspector from September 2008. ADOS IS AN API CERTIFIED OIL AND GAS COMPANY. ADOS is providing manufacturing, refurbishment, assembling/disassembling & pressure testing services to oil and gas companies such as (oil production, drilling, operating and services companies etc) & working in Collaboration with Cameron Singapore Pte Ltd Cameron is a worldwide manufacturer of X-Mass Trees & Well Head Equipments. JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:
• Assisting QA Manager in keeping a well documented QA system for an API licensed facility, like conducting and planning of Quality documentations, Quality plans, internal & external audits, Quality audit as well as API audits etc.
• To Implement and maintain the Q.M.S as per the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and API Q1 9th Edition. E.g. Inspection reports, calibration reports etc.
• Ensuring the quality of the product by carrying out inspection on Incoming, In-process, final & dispatch/outgoing products (oil field equipments).
• Carrying out Inspection & gauging according to the requirements for manufactured & refurbished products made under API Specification 7-1 and 5CT such as (Drill Collars, Drill Pipes, Stabilizers, Cross Over Subs, top drive sub, swivel sub, bit sub, bit, upper and lower upsets, lifting subs, Pup joints, Kelly’s, Buttress Casing etc).
• Carrying out inspection of further API connections such as (Number connections, line pipe threads connections, FJWP connections like (wash pips, rotary shoes) & premium connections like (CS hydrill, RTS-6/PH-6, RTS-8/PH-8 etc)
• Carrying out Inspection according to the requirements for manufactured & refurbished products made under API specification 6A such as (casing head housing, casing spool, tubing spool, spacer spools, X-Mass Tree’s, tree caps, companion flanges, test flanges, instruments flanges, blind flanges, weld neck flanges, single and double studded adapters, tubing head adapters, cross block, tee block, Y block, tee block, test plug, bull plugs, V.R plugs, tubing hangers, wear bushings etc)
• Hands on experience in using different type of gauges & instruments including Internal & External Taper Gauges, Lead gauge, Thread Height gauge, Profile Gauges, master ring and plug gauges, ring groove gauges, Vernier depth gauge, Vernier calipers, inside and outside micro meters, depth micrometer on the base of MIC TRAC machine 24” (GAGEMAKER USA) which are used for setting and inspection etc. and also hands on practice in using different type of gages like API Ring & Plug Gages.
• Planning & conducting of In house Calibration of the instruments & gauges including (Vernier caliper, micro meter, height gauge, depth gauges, Master Ring and Plug gauges, internal & external taper gauges, lead gauges etc). As per the procedures & API/BS standards.
• Monitoring and verification of hydrostatic pressure tests for equipment manufactured under API 6A.

• Gauging & Inspection of Manufactured & refurbished products of the Rotary Shoulder Connections such as (drill collars, drill pipes, cross over’s, stabilizers etc) buttress casing & premium connection like (RTS-8, RTS-6) etc.
• Gauging & Inspection of Manufactured & refurbished products for the Wellhead Equipments such as (casing head housing, casing spool, tubing spool, adapters, flanges etc).
• Inspection of refurbished products for the BOP’s and general Engineering consignments, as well as, to prepare and maintain inspection data.
• Dimensionally verification/inspection of all manufactured, repaired & in process products.
• Hands on practice in using different type of gauges and instruments including Internal & External Taper Gauges, master ring and plug gauges, vernier depth gauges, vernier caliper, out side and inside micro meters, and other common instruments which are used for setting and inspection on the base of 24” MIC TRAC machine (GAGEMAKER USA).
• In house Calibration of the instruments & gauges including Vernier caliper, micro meter, height gauge, and depth gauges Master Ring and Plug gauges etc. As per the procedures, API & BS standards.
• Prepared all documents, inspection reports of manufactured and refurbished products (oil field equipment) as per API & ISO requirements.
• Generate Nonconformance reports when quality issue is found and contribute towards process improvement.
