Preparation of a detailed schedule by using submitted baseline schedule with all resource loading, work sequence changes and leveling.
Preparation of labor, equipment and material histograms and s-curves by resource loading to the fixed schedule.
Update of all schedules on a monthly basis, collecting actual data, evaluating dates to completion and project delays by effective monitoring of actual progress compared with the scheduled baselines. Inform project management about all events impacting schedules and progress.

Review monthly the forecasts to complete in terms of schedule of the project and report any deviation from baselines.
Managing the figures of completion of the work on a weekly basis and maintain a progress control system for all disciplines by communicating discipline leaders.

During the first phase of the project; the preparation of type and levels of schedules and the Progress Measurement System in accordance with structure of the project, risks, contractual requirements, deadlines and specifications.
Coordinate with all supervisors & managers to include all related information that will affect the implementation of the project schedule.

Issue the Planning & Scheduling Procedure and the Progress Measurement Procedure
During the execution of the project, assure the planning and progress control system works effectively, progress status and completion forecast are considered and reported.
Update of all schedules on a monthly basis, collecting actual data, evaluating dates to completion and project delays by effective monitoring of actual progress compared with the scheduled baselines. Inform project management about all events impacting schedules and progress.
Review monthly the forecasts to complete in terms of schedule and costs of the project and report any deviation from baselines.
Create and maintain updated minor schedules like 90 days look-ahead schedule, 3 week look-ahead schedule, system schedule, vendor schedule and tie-in schedule.
Issue weekly & monthly & daily Progress Reports for Client and Head Office.
Attend internal and client, weekly and monthly meetings.
Preparations of the Project close-out Report and feed-back data to Client and Head Office.
