Agile Project and Program Management: During my tenure as the Project Manager for the Distribution Agents' Mobile Application (Jul 2022 – Feb 2023) in an Agile environment, I successfully implemented a transformative initiative. This involved developing the Affordability Enhancement Delivery (AE) platform, providing real-time alerts to the Sales force regarding customer financial affordability during policy sales. I introduced a color-coded messaging system for informed decision-making, integrated with South African Credit Bureaus for real-time customer information, and ensured compliance with personal information standards. Additionally, I orchestrated extensive training and Change Management initiatives for 6000 agents across multiple regions. Simultaneously, I led the program and project management for the implementation of new financial regulations from Mar 2018 to Mar 2023 in a Hybrid Environment, combining Waterfall and Agile methodologies. This involved collaborating with regulatory bodies, executing changes to reflect new disclosures, accrediting and re-training sales agents, and ensuring adherence to PPR Regulations. I successfully facilitated the adoption of Agile principles, conducted scrum planning sessions, and oversaw the transition from a Waterfall approach, contributing to the seamless execution of these initiatives. In a separate project, I implemented a structured Salary & Bonus Model for 6000 sales agents, showcasing proficiency in change management, training, IT reporting, and payroll deliverables.
