Participating the review project technical documents of static equipment deliverables and others such as Piping Material Specifications (PMS), P&IDs, Piping Plans, Data Sheets, Plot Plans, General Arrangement (GA) drawings, Review Philosophies, and other relevant documents, HAZID, HAZOP, simulations stress analysis, isometrics, material selection, startup plans, etc.
• Administration the preparation of Purchase Requisitions (PR) for the procurement of equipment and materials. Providing technical support to procurement department and managing sub/contractor in design input in the identification, sizing, selection and procurement of static equipment including columns, vessels, tanks, reactors, heat exchangers, valves etc. Also familiar with leading equipment manufacturers/vendors.
• Reviewing weekly and monthly reports on the work performed by the contractor and vendors to ensure that the work is performed in accordance with the project specifications, company standards and regulatory requirements. Identify equipment parameters including capacity, controls, power supply, material of construction, pressure requirements, limitations of operating environment and other parameters. Including analysis of drawings, calculations, documents and specifications related to mechanical design.
• Developing or review testing, pre/commissioning and maintenance strategies and procedures of mechanical static equipment in accordance international standards (API, ASME) and local rules (GOST). Monitor vendor manufacture progress; verify vendor equipment testing and fabrications procedures. Inspect Vendor workshops; attend testing of critical equipment items
• Implementation in Maintenance and Inspection Engineering Contractor (MIEC) including development the maintenance task list, codding the material masters to upload in catalog of SAP 4/HANA (CMMS). Creation the purchase requisitions (PR) of 2 years’ spare parts and consumables to reliable operation of mechanical static equipment. Review invoices (claimed vs actual physical progress checks).
