• Participate in setting IT overall project strategy and coordination with PMO on clear roles and responsibilities.
• Enable the implementation, operation and ongoing support of standardized IT process within the bank, with specific responsibility for: Quality management, Issue resolution, Risk management, Benefits management, Resource management, Planning and control.
• Develop Board and Steering Committee presentations and follow up with their action items.
• Develop and implement sound program/project governance model that constitutes processes, roles & responsibilities, authorities, and communication method among Program/Project management functions in order to meet SHB Bank short/long term goals, objectives, and strategies.
