Specialist Role in LD&L + Generalist
Responsibilities:
• Assist the HR Manager with the input into, and execution of assigned Functional/Divisional plans in the Egypt Region as well as Region specific activities.

• Provide specialist learning expertise to the entire business and lead the development and execution of the learning cycle in addition to all activity sets related to graduate development.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the people plan for client groups
• Support business leadership and line managers to build capability and improve performance
• Facilitate People Basics sessions to line managers and employees
• Support the HRM in talent management and succession planning activity sets
