Responsibilities
* Monitoring and tracking export production activities related to
hierarchy checking in OER (SAP) FSS, MWSS, print digital
code in De La Rue, Line System, Orchestration, Gate and Liz
Servers.
* Incident Logging, Raising priority and follow up on incident
handle by Service Desk and resolving those raised locally using
Cherwell service management appplication.
* Installation and configuration of MES and DTS Pc’s, Hand Held
Devices, Zebra and Video Jet( Laser) Printers, Quality testing
Machines and ANT Systems.
* Involved in Cutover, User Acceptance Testing, Go Live and
Hyper care activities.
* Create functional design document and operational guides for
end users.
* Provide training sessions to all equipment owners in primary
and Secondary Manufacturing Department of the Factory.
* Organize And Managed Conference calls.
* Collaborate with cross functional teams (in different
geographical locations) to maintain efficiency, consistency, to
achieve successful implementation and smooth execution of
MES and DTS applications.
* Monitoring of Different Production Servers (Application,
Database, Web, report and printer) and reporting to IT
administrator in case of action required.
* Daily, Weekly and Monthly Application Performance report
generation.
* Provide L1 and L2 support to the Ends Users.
* Provide on Ground support, in needs, to the Product Vendors
and application administrators.

Providing second level support to the end user and project vendors during MES project implementation.

Conduct / facilitate training sessions covering specified areas
like those concerned with new staff orientation being hired at
the organization, staff refresher training, use of computers and
IT equipment and software, apprenticeship programme for
trained youth.
* Formulate teaching outlines & determines instructional
methods, utilizing knowledge of specified training needs
effectiveness of such methods as individual training, group
instruction, practical demonstrations, meetings and
workshops.
* Maintain and ensure consistent performance of all trainees
and provide support though gradation.
