 Involved with GE Representative in 60 MW 3 No’s Gas Turbine Commissioning Compressor
Blade Dye Check, physically measurement, Replacement of the Turbine blades, Combustion
chamber inspection, dye check, nozzle physical inspection, Radial bearing clearance check and
inspect thrust bearing tilting pad
 Involve in commissioning of Auxiliary lube oil pump before startup of G.T
 Assist Atlas Copco representative during cleaning of compressor impeller, bearing inspection,
gearbox inspection, and mechanical seal replacement.
 Involve in plant Commissioning of planned and emergency maintenance jobs for rotating
equipment of the Process plant
 Involve in heat exchanger cleaning by rodding, hydro jetting. Hydro test of cleaned heat exchanger
for inspection.
 Check backlash measurement of gear and inspect gear pinion and overhauling of gearbox.
 Make weekly and monthly maintenance Report for higher management and make daily
maintenance activity report.
 Involved in MAN turbo Compressor Rotor replacement and bearings inspection and Dry Gas Seal
replacement.
 Involved in Routine Daily Mechanical Maintenance activities such as PM, CM and Emergency jobs.
 Involved in Turnaround Maintenance in Heater Area in PDH Plant modification of heater tubes.
 Involved in Turnaround Maintenance in Reactor Area in PDH Plant modification of Reactor screen
and inspection and cleaning of screens all other reactors.
 Involve in Commissioning of Gate valve, Globe Valve., check valve, control valve and other piping.
 Assist safety orientation, introduction and presentation on cold work, hot work, excavation work,
