Ali Bin Ali Group’s hospitality division established with a goal of offering and developing luxury hotels and distinct restaurant concepts ranging from informal to fine dining. The steadily expanding division currently hosts Crepaway, Top Catering, Wagamama, Sormani, Al Mayass, CioccolatItaliani and Nestle Toll House Cafe under its umbrella.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, My main Reposibilities are :
*Managing the daily activities of Accounts Payable, Receivable, Petty Cash & Consodilated Sales Report.
*Preparing Supplier Payment according to Local & International Purchase order.
*POS Credit Card & Debit Card Receivable reconciliation.
*Bank Reconciliation, Receivable reconciliation and Payable Reconciliation.
*Reconciliation of Inter Unit Transaction(IUT).
*Reconciliation of Inter Loan (IUL), within the group.
*Computing Withheld Tax as per Qatar Tax Law.
*Analysing variances in inventory & operating cost.
*Weekly & monthly revenue reports to Franchises & computing royalty.
*Monthly Audit in Store. Checking physical Stock and discrepancies on Shortage of Stock.
*Preparing Sales budget, Forecasts & Participating in annual Budget Preparation.

During this journey, so far my main Achievements are:

*Proficient in use of Excel/Word/Power Point/MS Project.
*Proficient in use of EMIS(Oracle accounting systems), Micros & Material Control(Key Software for Hotels & Restaurant Chain)
