3. Consulting with customers for the feedback and performance of the HVAC
equipment.
4. Managing and scheduling the manpower for maintenance.

1. Executing the work according to drawing and site requirements.
2. Regulating the daily manpower to achieve the progress target.
3. Keeping the records of daily progress, materials received, work executed etc.
4. Coordinating with Client and other contractors for smooth operation of work.
6. Inspecting work in process to insure its completion with allotted time limits and acceptable quality standards.
7. Overseeing HVAC system installation including equipment layout, duct work design, Chiller, AHU, Pumps etc.
