Duties & Responsibilities:-
• Monitor project performance review project progress against Baseline Programme, Resource Programme and Cash Flow regularly. Ensure that Main Contractor/ subcontractors are adequately resourced at site. Instruct the Main Contractor to submit 2 months Look ahead programme incorporating MEP works & Finishes to ensure established milestones are met.
• Risk Management: taking steps to mitigate/transfer risks that Pose a cost/schedule variance.
• Management of submittals and approvals processes.
• Managing the project team: Ensure that the Contractors deliver as per agreed programme. Chair Technical/Progress Meetings.
• Managing changes: picking up changes well in advance to the best interest of the client with the aim to control cost.
• Cost Management: Conduct Project Performance Reviews to track cost/schedule variances. Review interim payment certificates.
