Role:
•Review plans and specifications for new machinery and equipment to make sure they meet safety requirements
•Identify and correct potential hazards by inspecting facilities, machinery, and safety equipment
•Evaluate the effectiveness of various industrial control mechanisms
•Ensure that plant & equipment’s complies with health and safety regulations, especially after an inspection that required changes

•Conducting monthly inspections of Lifting Gears & Equipment, Ladders, Stairways, Scaffolds, Fire Extinguishers, Full Body Harnesses and Mobile Plant
•Exhibiting a high level of HSE awareness and leadership
•Implementing policies / procedures including the injury & illness prevention programme, emergency action plan and personal protective equipment procedures

•Coordinated the training programmes based on organizational and individual needs
•Aligned the training requirements with site supervisors and prepared training schedule as per the site requirements
