Role & Responsibilities:
• Undertaking Hard Service, MEP Operation & Maintenance for the “Project Mono Island”
• Perform Daily & Weekly walkthrough for facility/Equipment Inspections like DG Sets, Electrical, Kitchen Equipment, Laundry Equipment, Walk-in Freezer & Chiller, FLS equipment includes-FM200, WET Chemical, Fire Extinguisher, Conventional Fire Alarm Panel.
• Preparing thorough KPI/PMS Report of the project based on stipulated parameter such as Resource Management, Quality, Health, Safety & Environment, Hard Service, Fire life safety & emergency services, Cleaning Services, Pest Control Services, Laundry Services, Waste Management Services, Security Services, General Management & Admin Services and Catering Services.
• Preparation & submission of Various types of Report like - Monthly Report, Invoice Verification Form.
• Planning & implementing PPM Plan Schedule in order to reduce downtime & to improve the equipment life cycle & have smooth Operation.
• Service delivery through CAFM System.
• Under Safety first credo, aligned all process with utmost importance to health and safety of staff.
• Creation and updating of Mobilization Tracker, Action Register, Asset Register etc.
• Responsible for closing Corrective, Reactive & DLP Maintenance CAFM WOs within agreed SLA.
• Cost rationalization and waste minimization. Implement an Energy Saving plan.
• Coordinating with AMC Contractor for timely PM of Equipment like-DG Sets & FLS System
• Maintaining accommodation register for 5000 Occupants at site.

• Operation & Maintenance of HT, LT, DG, and other switching equipment like ACB, VCB, Transformer
• Operation of HVAC and Chiller Plant including Split ACs.
• O& M of Pump room equipment, WTP & STP Plant and firefighting systems.
• R & M of Misc. carpentry and masonry work.
Administrative & Secretariat
• Establish the Corporate image building through effective leadership.
• Budgeting and costing, including Vendor management, inventory, and cost control.
• Timely renewal of Statuary compliances, NOCs, and licenses such as Lift/HTI/LT & MPI, Fire NOC,
CTOs like air, water & HWM etc.
• Renewal of AMC/OMC of Equipment& Agencies.
Safety & Security
• Daily checks of firefighting and Fire Alarm System. CCTV systems.
• Evac Plan, Assembly point. Fire marshalling. Fire and Mock drill etc. to ensure emergency
Preparedness.

Project- Ali Al-Noussian Project, Al wahah & Armed forces officers club, Sulaymaniyyah
Role & Responsibilities:
• Renovation inside Riyadh airbase, VIP area, MGH area, Prince Villa, Six villa, Officers Club, Banquet Hall, Gymnasium, Restaurants, Landscaping of football ground, tennis court, garden area.
• Initiating the project with input coming from the client.
• Participating and preparing of the installation work of electrical, HVAC, plumbing & firefighting system of the project required in all for the Electrical/Mechanical works.
• Request supplier for the quotation of the different item and equipment. Submit proposal to the client for the final approval and confirmation of the order.
• Confirm the proposal as based on client requirement and as per the projects specification.
• Keep record the entire document, correspondence & proposal to the final agreement with client.
• The duct and pipe layout will be based on the project or local governing body standard. The insulation thickness and density will be as per the project specification,
• In cooperation of the comment and verify the costing of the material. Approved drawing will be forwarded for the fabrication of duct and pipe.
• Make a site visit for the site condition and availability of store to keep the material on site. Participate in the site progress meeting with client or main developer of the projects.
• Make sample of all the major item which will be used at site and submit to client. Inform client about necessary HVAC coordination scope of work.
• Inform the electrical load requirement to the client or the electrical contractor. Make all the necessary plan and action for the site progress and dependency of the works.
• All type of test for the system like duct leak (light) test, leak test, hydro test, visual inspection test, free rotation test etc., to be perform at site with the project compliances standard.
• Submission of the inspection report for the equipment prior to dispatch from the factory. Make site visit for the inspection of the material which has been delivered at site.
• Preparation and keeping all progress of the projects. Preparation and submission of as built drawing and records any changes and modification.
• Preparation of all testing and commissioning documents for the projects. Submission of the final handing over document with necessary performance reports.

Project- Bangalore Central Mall, Concord Apartments, Lilliput Showroom
Role & Responsibilities:
• Checking drawings and quantities and ensuring the accuracy of calculations, duct designing as per the drawings.
• Instruct technical advice and quality control to workers.
• Liaisons between the owner and manager.
• Take some of the responsibilities like security, health and safety of workers.
• Provides solutions for the problem that may encounter during execution of work.
• Supervision of workers in his area.
• Outlining the detailed activities for everyday as per the overall work program.
• Arrange required material and equipment.
