Statements. Checking and Reviewing Monthly statement Logs
9. Scrutinizing subcontractors’ interim payment applications and issuing payment certificates.
Issuing and replying to the Subcontractors contractual letters.
10. Preparation of Reinforcement Cut and Bend/bar-bending Schedules and time to time
coordination with steel yard
11. Negotiations and agreeing the subcontractor’s final accounts, Checking subcontractors scope
of work and issuing Variation Orders
12. Coordination with Engineering Department and Construction Mangers, timely discussions,
issuing and agreeing Variation Orders/Change Orders.
13. Attending weekly and Monthly Meeting with contract administrator and commercial manger,
in order to Brief Members, (Customers, subcontractors) About Quarries, Changes, rates.
14. Valuation of variations and liaise with Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing Departments for
necessary substantiations.
