• Collaborating with the Design Team to address sustainability-related clarifications
• Optimizing energy efficiency by reviewing energy modeling reports from designers
a. Lead team of engineers and inspectors during On/Off site inspections - HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage and Fire Fighting services (Mechanical Services).
b. Review of material submittals, shop floor drawings, coordination drawings.
c. Supervise & Witness the various mechanical services installations.
d. Familiarity to SMACNA & DW (Duct Work) standards.
e. Monitor, control & ensure the installations such that they are coordinated with other services.
