 Lead efforts to establish Business Service Catalogue, and then take full ownership of maintaining this catalogue.
 Establish a stable & optimized Business Architecture that's part of HAAD’s Enterprise Architecture.
 Lead efforts to achieve the ADSIC IT Architecture & Standards Business Layer objectives.
 Research and propose IT solutions that would help HAAD achieve its goals more effectively and efficiently (especially for un-automated areas).
 Represent IT team in any Business Process Re-engineering initiative or partial service optimization efforts.
 Establish a Business Process Improvement Process by adopting an industry standard methodology such as Business Process Management.
 Establish and manage a standard Software Development Process.
