Design Supervision: Supervised more than eight projects at design stage, to comply with the client requirements, budgets, Authority regulations, technical specifications, Architectural, structural and MEP co ordinations, finishes, infrastructures, Authorities Approvals and NOC’s, tenders, addendums, comparison statements, contracts agreements, up to start of execution of work. Project Supervision: With the best Site Management procedures I have Supervised Multistory residential and office building, Government Projects for Olympics games, fire test laboratory, Ambulance center, School Projects, Power stations, Chiller plants, Infra Structures, and Villa projects during my career in the Contracting and Consultancy. Technical: Have higher level of expertise in RCC & Steel Structures, infrastructures for temporary and permanent projects, Material approvals, finishing items by using ASTM, BS, and Dubai Municipality Standards, Shop drawing approvals, EHS implementation, Progress and technical meetings, technical and commercial correspondence with client contractors and authorities. Contractually: As a consultant I have expertise to float a tender for a project with coordination of contracts manager and QS, to review and finalize the contract including all technical, PS and PC item. Using FIDIC, contractual Clauses and conditions, Specifications, Authority regulations. Value Engineering: Did value Engineering for Government and private projects by deletion of additional items, by alternative solutions, implementation of economical systems and completed the projects under the budgets. Quality Control: During my site supervision I always focused on maintaining quality of work as per Specifications, approvals and as per construction mythology and never compromised on quality of materials and finishing. Project Closeout: I have made my place by completing the projects with very smooth way, without any major problems and closed out the projects as per professional procedure by handing over the as built drawings, operation & maintenance manuals, warrantee and guarantees certificates, completed snags lists, Building Keys, and finalized variations, final bills completion certificate, defects liability certificated and retention money.
