Major Projects & Achievements:
• Full Vehicle Development: - Lead the analysis team for Durability NVH and Dynamics simulation for the development of two complete vehicles program.

• Hard Point Optimization: - Designed the hard point location of Macpherson's strut suspension by DOE study and sensitivity analysis.

• Development of New Methodology: - Developed Methodology for Full Vehicle Transient response with 4-poster using full flex Body for life prediction.

• Door Rattle Noise Reduction: Developed methodology for identifying the root cause of door rattle issue in the virtual model and reduced it

• Exhaust Manifold:- Simulation of the thermal loading and fatigue on the exhaust manifold of a four stroke engine when the exhaust gas passing at 720 Deg C and coolant temperature is 100 deg c.

• Chassis Design and optimization: - Develop various load case acting on chassis structure and mountings to optimize the mass of the chassis. Setting up targets for KnC parameters.

• Twist Beam Rear Suspension Design:- Presently working on the methodology to develop twist beam suspension and front sub frame.

• Body Structural NVH improvement: - Developed methodology for optimum NVH target for BIW / Frame + BIW to minimize the noise level of structure born noise and improve the local stiffness of the mounts.

• Project Management:- Leading a team of 12 members and also Managing Facility for Simulation including Hardware and softwarePlanning and procurement.



• Nastran (static, Dynamic, structural and fluid coupled analysis), , ADAMS ( FSP and CAR), ABAQUS (Non linear), MSC Fatigue, Hypermesh & Optistruct and LS-Dyna

• Familiar with Team Centre Engineering

• PBS pro, AMLS and ACMS for job management in UNIX / Linux
