• Review and assessing sub-contractor’s variations & Claims.
• Prepare the detail cost report to management for the new scope of work.

• Review and certify sub-contractor’s payment applications.

• Actively assisted the Contract Manager in finalizing sub-contractor’s agreements and reviewing/finalizing variation proposals.
• Attending meetings with Bored of Directors, Consultant and Client.
• Review sub-contractor’s LPOs with Invoice and reporting to Commercial Manager.
Manage all cost, commercial & Procurement aspects of the project.
• Preparing interim payments and taking joint measurements with Consultants’ QS and sub-contractors
• Preparing Variation proposals and agreeing with Engineer.
• Prepare the detail cost planning & cost report preparation to client for the new scope of work

• Review and certify sub-contractor’s payment applications.

• Reviewing of all NS Contractors’(MEP) Payment application and making recommendation to the client
• Review and certify sub-contractor’s payment applications.

• Involvement in Prolongation Claim.
• Preparing reconciliation report.

requirements.
• Processing Payment Applications for Employer and Payment Certificates for S/Cs.
• Ensure that appropriate notice under the contracts are given properly and on time.
• Checking Subcontractors Invoice
