Department : Facility Management (facility management, business Development & Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations..)

Job Profile:
•Manage day to day operations in clinic
•Manage equipment, supplies, personnel and resources in relation to cost containment.
•Manage Quality assurance program.
•Oversee overall financial management, planning and direct annual budget.
•Establish and administer clinic specific policies and oversee system standard work.
•Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives.
•Recruit new employees, train, supervise, evaluate and create the staff schedule.
•Fosters the goals of team building with clinic staff
•Develops the leadership skills of staff through delegation of responsibility.
•Identifies and understands patients of the clinic
•Routinely interacts with patient to maintain awareness of needs and satisfaction of service provided
•Manage patient complaint and takes appropriate action
•Identifies and maintains a professional working relationship with all internal and external customers
•Monitor performance and implement improvements
•Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery and prepare maintenance contract.
•Dealing with all medical and pharmaceuticals companies to ensure to orders clinical equipment and supplies to fill patient needs
•Plan and manage marketing activities and business development strategies and plan for clinic.
• Work closely with the marketing team for all published marketing materials
•Coordinate and prepare DHCC licenses for new doctors and medical staff in clinic
•Renewal clinic licenses, property maintenance contract
•Develops and implements policies and procedures to meet DHCC regulations.
•Quality Assessment and Improvement Activities. (As required by Dubai Healthcare Authority

Ostomy and advanced dressing products)
Dealing with general surgery doctors, plastic surgery doctors, pediatric surgery,
wound care specialist..
