Project Head - (continue from 01 December 2012) A charitable organization named Sena Kalyan Electric Industries( a project of Sena Kalyan Sangstha ) manufacture single & three phase distribution transformer rating from 5 KVA TO 2000 KVA. This Industry also manufacture Habib brand ceiling fan. I look after follows:
a Developing new design for Transformer and &Fan to produce the quality product with reduce price
b. Responsible for planning, supervising, logistic and supply chain for the target production in the factory,
c. Ensure new design and effective costing for Transformer & Fan.
d. Act as a technical advisor to Chairman SenaKalyan Sangstha.
e. To prepare annual budget for target production.
f. To buy all raw materials used for production from local market and from abroad.
g. Manage all officers, workers and staff
h. Look after all administrative jobs.
i. Look after sales and marketing to fulfill the target profit.
1. Workshop/ Administrative Officer (1990-1994)-123 and 111 Field Workshop Company EME : After completion B. Sc Engineering (Electrical and Electronics) I commissioned in 1990 from Bangladesh Military Academy as an officer in an Electrical and Mechanical Engineers corps. I was responsible for following tasks in both of the workshop :
a. Prepare the career plan of troops, work distribution
b. Supervise the repair work in the Workshop.
2. Transport Platoon Commander & Maintenance Officer (1994-1995) - United Nation Mission in Haiti and (2008-2009) United Nation Mission in Liberia . I was responsible for the following tasks :
a. Responsible to contingent commander for maintenance and repair of the equipments and vehicles.
b. I was responsible for planning and supervising the maintenance of inventories of country owned equipment
3. Acting Chief Inspector of Inspectorate of Vehicle & Engineering Equipment(1995-1998) : I was responsible for following duties :-
a. Before procurement any Vehicles, and Engineering equipments i used to inspect those either in preshipment or post shipment
4. Officer Commanding (1998-2000)-: I was responsible for following aspects of Unit :
a. Supervision of repair activities of all equipment under workshop load.
b. Prepare career plan of all under command.
5. Group Officer Telecommunication & Radar Shop (2001-2002) : I was responsible for following duties:-
a. Supervision of repair and maintenance activities of all equipment under this group.
6. Officer in charge X-Ray Department(2003-2005) : I was responsible for following duties:-
a. Supervision of repair and maintenance activities of all equipment under this department.
7. Staff Oficer Area HQ Bogra(2006-2007) and 9 Infantry Division Savar(2009-2010):
