• Individual monitoring planning & executing the proposed 2000 Sqm. Building project to ensure feasibility of the project and provide technical feedback for the same.
• Finalize a work orders for materials and contractors and making cost effective solutions and proposals for intended project.
• Day by day coordinating with site work force regarding technical data, quality and HSE plans.
• Set standard solution and requisition of materials and plant.
• Managing, monitoring and inspecting the contract design documents supplied by the client/Architects and convey the same to subordinates.
• Lease with clients and their representatives, including attending regular meetings to keep them updated about the project progress.
• Day to day management of site activities including super visioning and monitoring the site labors force and contractors.
• Over see quality control health & safety matters on site.
• Monitoring the RFIs, Test reports and progress report documentation
• Preparation of Sub contractors Bills, BOQ and submission of Bills to the client for payments.
• Conducting inspections as per ITPs, Method statements, approved Drawings and certifying of compliance or non compliance report and closing of IRFs
• Review and understand the project scope and standards & specifications along with ITPs, drawings, and method of statements for each work activities.
• Identifying site issues or defects of work or non-compliance, approved materials and rising non-conformance report after consulting RE and QA dept. assigned to the work place. And also follow up the NCR on site once the close out actions have been agreed.
• Planning and managing works of all disciplines to ensure compliance with the relevant standards, safety parameters.
• Responsible for ensuring HSE on site by the contractor and sub-contractors.
• Assisting in the construction verification process to monitor work, program and costs. Produce Daily progress report.
• Maintaining daily contact with the site staff to ensure activities are co-oriented. Attend the regular and formal performance meetings with all parties to ensure that issues are being raised, and addressing and formulate any report requested by Resident Engineer/construction manager.
• Monitor all necessary license and permits are place.
• Report to the construction manager/RE and be able to undertaken duties as assigned with minimum of supervision
• Ensure that all materials used and stored are in compliance with contract and specifications the relevant rules and procedures.
Preparation of Estimation, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
