Main Duties
• Confer with management supervisory personnel in order to define training needs and budgets
• Designate training procedures, utilising knowledge of effectiveness of such methods as individual training, group instruction, lectures, on-the-job training, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops
• Organise and develops training manuals, course content, reference library, testing evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, and other al materials

• Students to complete 4 month program which included two levels of English planning, preparing and delivering lessons to a range of classes
• preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises
• Completing an assessment for each student after each level that they had completed

Accomplishments:
• Project manager for Government program(FJF), where my planning and organisational skills came to force. I lead a team of 50-65 individuals and helped them get back into work, by conducting training and coaching that will improve their skills in getting back into employment.
Main duties:
• Working on Future Jobs Fund, which is a fund of around £1 billion to support the creation of jobs for long term unemployed young people and others who face significant disadvantage in the labour market.
• Devising Job Descriptions and Person Specification which are forwarded to Aspire I who advertise vacancies at job centre.
• Conduct interviews and Preparing induction material for successful applicants to go through before work placement commences, going through policies and procedures in regards to employment.
• Designed Wraparound Care training course and in-training sessions were conducted three times a week
• Designing in-house materials and resources for employee development and education.
• Developing a blended approach which integrates different learning modes, such as coaching, classroom instruction, online learning and action learning.
• Implementing blended learning strategies and training sessions at a managerial level.
