Construction of Additional Family Suites (104 Nos) for the Parliamentarians including
Servant Quarter Block For 500 persons, Islamabad
Project Details:
* The main project comprises of 2 residential buildings, a services building, 5
servant quarters buildings and a mosque
* It also includes infrastructure works
Responsibilities & Duties:
 Executing and monitoring construction site progress; planning and directing the
execution of technical, economical and administrative functions of project
 Managing teams and sub-contractors as well as coordinating with MEP team;
presenting site condition and development details to clients and consultants
 Collaborating and interacting with construction teams, architects and outside project
developers and consultants
 Preparing architectural drawings and schematic designs based on project
requirements; studying and assessing drawings, plans, specifications and other
documents relating to construction projects
 Managing deliverables on time and within the budget as well as adhering to the best
practices, standards and procedures of the company
 Handling cost of materials estimation, report and document tracking, project
documentation, invoice/agreement verification and building permit applications
 Attending periodic meetings with the managers, consultants and clients
 Fulfilling project requirements by training and guiding operators
 Ensuring health and safety and sustainability policies and legislations are adhered to
