• Monitor and maintain CCTV(IP and analog) and SIRA-certified access control and alarm systems.
• Monitoring and maintaining the performance of networks and servers according to requirements. (CISCO SWITCHES, VMware ESXi, DHCP Server, Application Server, etc.)
• Implementing and maintaining security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats. (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sophos, and Blackberry Cylance)

• Managing IT operations of the company that includes offshore Jack-Up Barges in the Middle East, Asia, and Africa Region.
• Managing the company website, domain, email services(Office 365 and POP/IMAP), and securing passwords, file system security, and data integrity for computer environment while maintaining the local software and hardware licensing to ensure conformance by law.
• Carrying out improvements and recommendations on the company's IT systems and working on configuration and installation for the whole organization.
• Responsible for diagnosis and fix for any computer related issue requests from offshore and onshore colleagues who are undergoing different technical problems(hardware, software, network, and other computer-related technologies).
- Monitoring VSAT, SSAS, TVRO, and Satellite Phone of the company vessels and making sure that it is up and running 24/7.
• Managing contracts of vendors associated with IT and communications of barges.
• Managing daily administrative needs (mailing, shipping, storage, stationery, provisions, IT, and office supplies.) and company software such as HR Crew Database, SAGE, and Marine Software UK, etc.
• Analyzing and Procuring office and IT equipment needed by the barges and office while maintaining inventory of IT related to hardware, software and other office supplies.
• Managing Telecommunications account(Etisalat, STC, Ooredoo, etc.) for the whole organization.
• Answering and redirecting all incoming calls, email inquiries, and responding to client inquiries in a timely manner.
• Arranging Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Chamber of Commerce Attestation for the clearance of vessel equipment.
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements
