• System Handled Energy Monitoring & Control System(EMCS), Power Monitoring System(PMS), Third party integration and Fire Alarm System.
• Responsible for installation, Designing and build package duties (e.g Reviewing the Design and specification).
• Coordinating with other trades like Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Dept for EMCS points.
• Support in conjunction with procurement department for project related procurement activities.
• Support the civil engineering department for proper execution of project activities.
• Reviewing Material selection, material approval as per company policy and project specification.
• Preparation of shop drawing, as-built Drawing, Material Submittals. Reviewing method Statement and taking approval from consultant.
• Third party integration of different PLC’s (Programmable Logical Controller), Energy Meters, BTU Meters, PH and Conductivity Meters.
• HVAC system controls (SAHU, EAHU, FCU, VMA, RAHU, FAHU, condenser Pumps, Chilled water pumps Heat exchanger).
• Monitoring Electrical & ELV System (lighting & power, CCTV, Access control, Fire Alarm system & PA system).
• Monitoring Fire Fighting system (Hydrant, Sprinkler, NOVEC, IG55 & FM200) in EMCS
• Monitoring Plumbing System (drainage underground & high level, Hot and Cold water) in EMCS.
• Installation of DDC’s Direct Digital Controller is being used as a master controller for programming, logic implementation controls of Field Devices and monitors.
• Major Field Devices that are being used for Valves, Dampers Actuators, Pressure Sensor, Pressure Switches, Pressure Transmitters, Temperature Sensors, and Temperature switches, current sensors, Flow Sensor Etc.
• Providing technical support to Site Engineers for day to day site activities.
• Reviewing Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning with Testing procedure, Operation & maintenance manuals handing/taking over documents.
• Inspection, Commissioning & Testing of EMCS, PMS and Fire Alarm Systems.
• Coordinate all other services internal design function as well as the Consultant, Main contractor and Sub Contractor representatives during construction Phase

• Project Planning
- Execution of scope for project in collaboration with Contractor and Consultant.
- Determination of resource, equipment, materials, subcontractors) required for project.
- Follow up for schedule of project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
- Driving execution work effectively through the project activities; revise the schedule as required
- Determination of the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion
• Staff Deployment on project
- Managing project staff according to the established and approved program.
- Ensuring that all project personnel receive an appropriate work plan (Daily, Weekly & Monthly).
- Sub Contract qualified persons to work on the project as appropriate.

Responsibility by referring all the As-built Drawing and technical Charts for all the systems.
Supervision for control panels Assembling, Installation, Testing and startup.
Deficiencies and snag list clearance operation and maintenance for the warranty. Coordination with all vendors.
Hospital and Palaces Operation & Maintenance
JD:
Installation, Servicing and Maintenance of Fire Alarm, CCTV, Public Address System, Nurse call System.
Providing Technical support to the technicians for installation and maintenance of Panels and field Devices at the warranty of the project.
Technical training to technicians as per SOP, Supervising the temporary services in term as project closeout.
Ensuring that the As Built Drawing O&M Manuals and related documents is referred on site for ease of Operation and Maintenance.
Monitoring close out of Snags on site.
• Assembling and Installation of STD/PCO Machines to the costumers.
• Servicing and repair of STD/PCO Machines. Telex machine, Computer Assembling, Installations and software loading. Computer monitor and CPU repairing.
• Hubs and switches installation, configuring of LAN and Peer to Peer Networking.
