• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
• Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
• Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Assist with tax audits and tax returns
• Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
• Facilitate all incoming payments and outgoing checks, including printing, obtaining signatures, and distributing checks as necessary
• Assist in Payroll processing, submission for bank transfers and transferring the salaries through WPS.

• Assist HR Departments in Payroll Calculation
• Process accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Maintains historical records by filing documents.
• Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends.
