Main responsibilities and assigned duties:
• Preparing voucher Entries and Posting to General Ledger & General Journal.
• Monthly stock count.
• Following up with Governmental expenses for employees including medical insurance checks, social insurance checks and their reconciliation at the end of the month & then per year.
• Responsible for issuing payments for customers.
• Following up with invoices until due time and payments.
• Posting the payables invoice after confirming the receipts of the good or the services and issuing the payables checks on its maturity dates.
• Preparing the monthly reports (Balance sheet reconciliation, Bank reconciliation )
• Prepare and direct the preparation of audits, financial statements and varied fiscal reports
• Performs related duties and responsibilities as required
• Participating in the End of Year closing
• Uses Al Amin Software & Al Bazar Software
Handling all the financial affairs (Book keeping, inventory control, General and subsidiary Journal entries, Fixed assets management, receivables and payables, monthly and yearly closing activities coordinating with internal and external auditors, besides designing documents flowchart and accounting cycle using Microsoft Dynamics Great plains 9.0 financial series).
