Mars policies and strategies

o Responsible for RM/PM cycle stock counts in order to optimize the working capital

o Responsible for period close and reporting the factory's Key Performance Indicators
(KPIs) in line with the Supply Chain Objectives, Goals, Strategies, and Measurements
(OGSM)

o Manage the Kanban levels for the RM/PM in order to remove waste and improve
performance

o Running SAP Supply Chain Inbound (SCI) testing as required by support in order to improve performance

o Responsible for executing the daily inbound operation on Atlas in line with the SC
plan

o Managing and reporting periodic consumption and excesses levels in order to monitor the market activities
