•Study the Project Contract and Extract Specifications, Drawings and B.O.Q. and other important Correspondences.
•Review Tender Quotations Technically and Commercially.
•Review and Study Tender/Project Budget.
•Communicate with other Departments to resolve any Conflict in Project Documents / Requirements
•Plan Procurement Management.
•Study and Analyze best qualified Suppliers/Subcontractors.
•Open a Bid and send a Request for Quotation for the Suppliers/Subcontractors.
•Receive and Review Technical and Commercial Offers within the per-defined Period / Dead Line.
•Negotiate with the Suppliers/Subcontractors to achieve Technical Compliance, Best Quality, Adequate
•Delivery Period and Place, Best Price with most suitable Payment Terms for Both Parties.
•Prepare Technical and Commercial Comparison Sheets to Select the Qualified Supplier/Subcontractor.
•Prepare/Review Technical Submittals to obtain Consultant's/Employer's Approval and Satisfaction.
•Prepare Purchase Orders / Subcontract Agreements with the Approved Supplier/Subcontractor.
•Negotiate the Purchase Order / Subcontract Agreement Clauses/Terms and Conditions.
•Provide Support and Coordinate with other Parties to Ensure the Delivery of Material to the Right Place at the Right Time.
•Participate in Progress/Kick-Off meetings to Monitor/Control/Resolve any Conflicts regarding the Material / Procurement Management Plan.
•Develop, implement and drive the procurement strategies in order to meet cost savings targets.

•Create monthly performance reviews and reports focusing on overall sourcing requirements.
•Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliance in all the procurement transactions.
•Adopt appropriate supplier management methodologies and procurement strategies in purchasing to secure better prices.
•Coordinate with vendor on continuous quality improvement.

•Developing and maintaining detailed schedules for all works in our scope.
•Monitoring cost and commitment through requisition and invoice review.
•Ensuring active engagement of team members by delegation of tasks to the appropriate person both on a long term and on a day-to-day basis.
•Ensuring adherence to recommended best practices such as the critical path method based on PERT.
•Ensuring adherence to quality standards such a Total Quality Management or Six Sigma by ensuring employees follow quality standards and by using quality control checklists.
•Coordination and regulating various meetings such as project progress review meetings, quality circles.
•Application of various project progress methods to ensure the project schedule is on track to meet deadlines or deliverables.
•Devising strategies to overcome roadblocks or delays through various methods such as using industry related technical knowledge, innovating short cuts or alternative ways, improvising with available resources, scheduling overtime to meet the deadline.
•Ensuring compliance with safety standards.
•Developing and monitoring project cost forecasts. Ensuring Resource Availability and Allocation Duties:
•Coordinating with human resource management in HR planning and recruitment functions.
•Exercising the power to recommend leaves and overtime.
•Recommending training interventions to increase productivity and develop quality of work. Reporting:
•Providing vital inputs to daily and periodic project progress and status reports to top management and other stakeholders.
•Monitoring, tracking and reporting project cash flow.
•Planning and preparing man hour budgets, and schedules.
