Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
1) co-operate with respective managers seeking continuous improvements and development of the production and delivery facilities.
2) co- operate with respective managers to ensure efficiency of working staff and identify persons who are potent to contribute further to the business.
3) co-operate with respective managers to provide efficient planning and effective production and delivery.
4) co-operate with respective managers to ensure the production facilities and its environment with local laws.
5) co-operate with respective managers to plan and ensure preventative maintenance programs.
6) co-operate with respective managers to ensure the product manufacturing quality.
7) co-operate with respective managers to ensure safety for working environment.
8) co-operate with respective managers to maintain vehicles in good condition all the time.
9) working on a continuous basis with internal divisional managers and sales staff.
10) Dealing with both local suppliers and international suppliers to buy and supply raw materials and spare parts in definitely time.
11) working with commercial department to ensure clearance and proper import of materials.
12) choosing and identifying efficient suppliers (both local and international) and monitoring purchased raw materials prices.
13) Leading and directing the responsible staff to efficient operation.
14) co-operate with the accounts department on financial problems which may affect the mills operation.
15) working with Quality Control department on all quality topics.
