Management of engineering, procurement, design review for different disciplines, material selection for construction works and construction activities and quality surveillance necessary to complete the construction stages for following buildings :
Reception, EMAL Hall, Administration, Indoor Recreation, Outdoor Recreation, Canteen & Kitchen, Masjed, Emergency Response Center, Mobile Training, EHS Training, Substation Direct Cooling Plant, water supply/drainage networks, internal roads and landscaping .
Management of engineering, procurement and construction activities and quality surveillance necessary to complete the work for Main & Chemical Warehouses consisting of the following facilities:
•Main Warehouse Building
•Chemical Warehouse Building
•Back Yard Shelter
•Service Block
•External Works, which include road network, loading and unloading pavement, landscaping, - underground services, car parking spaces, lighting, fencing etc.
•Related Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Sewage / Storm water, Oily sewer, Potable water, HVAC, Architectural, IT & Telecom network systems including Fire Protection & Detection System, CCTV system, PA system, access control, lighting protection including all tie-in/ hook-up for applicable item with existing refinery systems.
•Racking and shelving system.
•Provision of Furniture etc.
Construct Two hundred and forty two (240) accommodations and extension of existing Asab Recreation Center (ARC) to serve the anticipated new employee intake.

•Construct of OD 355, OD 315 and OD 160 HDPE pipeline from Yafeena, Saadiat and Jubail Islands. Total length 35 km.
•Construct 21 km DI distribution network in Saadiat Island, diameters 100, 150, 200, 300, 400 and 600 mm connected with associated Valves and Turbine/ EM Flowmeters.
•Connect the Islands across marine channels with 14 m underneath seabed submarine pipelines. Total lengths 1400 m + 500 m, by utilize "Horizontal Directional Drilling Method".
•Water distribution different diameters network at Jubail Island. Total length 14 km.
•Construct 4x250, 000 gal GRP water irrigation storage tanks at Jubail Island.
•Construct 3 MIGD capacity pumping station at Jubail Island consist of 4 duty and 2 standby pump sets with associated switchgear and control facilities.

Construct of water distribution system for the existing and new development areas in the Al Wagon, Al Quoa and Al Erad sectors of Al Ain. The work involve the construction of about 50 kms of ductile iron water pipeline of diameters varying from DN 100 to DN 900, construction of various pipeline structures like valve and fire hydrants chambers. The project also involved the construction of pre-cast and cast in situ valve chambers, installation of fire hydrants, 2000 house connections, hydraulic pressure testing, and disinfection and flushing of the system etc.

Supervise the site infrastructure and other civil works for 5 x 12.5 MIGD MSF desalination plants and associated buildings. The project consists the following:
150, 000 m3 of earthwork, soil improvement with more than 5000 number of stone piles, 1500 number of piles, 100, 000 m3 of reinforced concrete with protective coating, 5000 m of piping works, structural steel works, 50, 000 m2 of finishing works, sea water intake structure, outfall multi tunnels structure, and loading jetty marine works, dredging 250, 000 m3 of sea bed material and shore protection.
