- Managing all the operations in both factories in Jebel Ali and Al Quoz.
- All the operations like; Production, Purchasing (RMP), Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, HR and planning for the sales (customers, services, budgets, achieving targets, and building stocks).

- Frequently visiting all the overseas customers, to follow up their convenience.
- Direct deal with the suppliers locally and overseas.
AS meat processing consultants the duties are:
Chose the proper place for establishing the meat facility.
Did a comprehensive survey about the meat processing facilities in UAE.
Studied all the meat markets requirements locally and outside.
Was dealing with governmental bodies for the updated standards, and regulations regarding meat industry.
Was dealing with construction engineers, machine suppliers, raw material, ingredients, and spices and packaging material suppliers.
Did all the recruitment in different divisions.
Put the long plan (strategy) for the sales and marketing the new brand of products
• AS Factory Manager, I am responsible for plant operation and maintenance, plant policies, procedures and flow charts, maintaining plant production lines, foster a well-trained and motivated staff.
• Develop and execute the plant manufacturing budgets
• Analyze workforce requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of production requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe plant and periodic maintenance schedule.
• Establish and direct plant policies and procedures.
• Responsible for plant production goals.
• Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, shipping and Sales.
• Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules.
• Reviewing worker & Supervisory Staff performance, identifying training needs for skills development.
- Managing all the factory activities ( Production, Purchasing ”Locally & Import”, Logistics( Storages & deliveries) Quality, Sales and Administrations).
- Dealing with all government departments regarding all the food laws and regulations .
- Having enough experiences in plant contractions, layout ( machines sequences, and production flow chart, raw material planning, preparing all types of recipes, and business developments .
- Following and supporting all sales locally as well as export by following up the products in the local market as well as visiting the major customers
- Planning the long term plan for the factory in all aspects ( production, purchasing, sales and logistics).
- Dealing with all the suppliers of (machines, raw materials, spices& ingredients and casing ).
- Attending all types of seminars and workshops regarding food and food industry.
- Managing different categories of people from different background in different departments.
- Auditing the suppliers( Meat, Spices, Machines and Packaging material) locally and outside UAE.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
A member of HACCP committee, for Implementing & Certification of HACCP system in factories and hotels.
A member of Evaluation Committee of all the food premises in Al-Ain.( Hotels & Factories)
Personnel & Food Hygiene Trainer for food handlers.
ROUTINE WORK
Carrying out on-site auditing of HACCP system, pointing out minor and/or major non-conformities, preparing reports and determining deadlines at which recommended solutions must take place to comply with the standards in AL-Ain Food establishments (Food factories, Hotels).
Reviewing HACCP manuals that are prepared by the food establishments in order to carry out on site audits of the HACCP system.
Carrying out routine inspections for all food establishments located in Al-Ain. Preparing reports regarding on site routine inspections, pointing out the violations and suggesting solutions for the problems faced by these factories
Conducting follow up inspections with the aim of ensuring that the suggested solutions /corrective actions are taken / implemented.
Investigating & follow up of food complains, food poisoning, infectious diseases cases & communication with other local authorities, government offices, municipalities &medical services.
Communicating with local authorities, government office and municipalities with related to public health and hygiene.
Reviewing the drawing of the new projects of food companies’ prior the final approval.
• Having a very good knowledge of personal and food hygiene.
• Having good knowledge of HACCP system (Introduction, Implementation and
• Certification) in food industry. Preparing all the documents for the company to be ready for HACCP system.
• Leading and training a HACCP team for the Certification as well as
conducting regular training /refresher training for staff on good hygiene practises
• Carrying out an inspection at premises at regular basis to ensure the complying with the regulations.
• Dealing with all the government departments ( municipality, Food Control Sections in Dubai as well as Jebel Ali).
• Have gone through many training courses and workshops in the field.
I have finished my Bacheloe of Science ( Major : Chemistry , Minor : Biology) in 1993.
