➢ Marketing & Sales Key responsibility:
Oversee all traditional & digital marketing strategies resulting in the target in annual revenue, scale all marketing campaign and sales efforts, establish marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
Evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan changes as needed.
Develop pricing strategies and manage & control the Marketing department budget.
Responsible for company social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, as well as manage and monitor content posts and campaigns to ensure brands’ public presence.
Stay up to date on new digital marketing & social media tools and ability to be able to interpret analytics from paid social media campaigns.
Develop, maintain and manage the content for specific keywords of the company-related websites and monitored changes in search engine algorithms and best practices to achieve the best SEO results.
Track campaigns, prepare performance analysis reports of post-campaign, and make recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations for meetings of new and existing
professional Corporate to maintain and build business relationships at all levels.
Creating, planning and executing promotional events which led to increased sales and managing all event operations separately (preparing venue, invitations etc.).
Manage relationships with all internal sources including: website developers, graphic designers, etc, to ensure that projects and work are completed on time and within budget.
➢ Admission Counselor Key Responsibility:
Maintain and supervise all incoming and outgoing calls, mails, walk-in while recording accurate messages & demonstrate excellent leadership abilities to new employees.
Provide assistance to faculty and staff in duties such as teaching classes, conducting orientation programs, issuing transcripts, and scheduling & attending students’ exams.
Counsel and provide guidance to students regarding personal, academic, vocational, or
behavioral issues & enforce discipline and attendance rules.
Collaborate with teachers to develop and maintain curriculum standards, develop mission statements, and set performance goals and objectives.
Confer with parents and staff to discuss educational activities, policies, and learning problems & timely reporting to the Centre Manager for all activities.
Create school improvement plans by using student performance data.
Advise students on issues such as course selection, progress toward graduation, fees & pricing and career decisions.
Data entry of multipurpose information forms and preparing Reports, Quotations, etc.
Providing excellent customer service & handling any other duties as assigned.
