• Define system architecture and solution proposals.

• Working with the Enterprise Business Unit to provide one-stop-shot solution to various corporate customers including banks, NGOs and petroleum companies depending on their business needs.
• Providing support to other wireless broadband systems (CDMA, EvDO, Proxim, WiMax and ect.)
• Provide 2nd level support desk and follow-up with ITS's Telecommunications Administration and Billing System (TABS) for any System Malfunction.
• Monitor all Back up Procedures required on the TABS platform.
• Release inventory orders using Toad/Oracle system according to the company needs.
• Participate in new services design and implementation.
• Perform Ad-Hoc duties as assigned by management.
• Handle customer calls in a professional, courteous manner; provide accurate information to the customer.
• Installation and administration of Customer Service Intranet platform using Moodle CMS.

• Perform VSAT site survey and responsible for gathering data required for satellite communication.
• Responsible for testing, commissioning, acceptance and troubleshooting of the satellite networks.
• Configuration of iDirect Series 3000 and 5000 Satellite Routers.
• Provide on-site technical support and via online ticketing system.
• Set up and manage network nodes and users using Microsoft Windows Server.
