1-Review Drafting drawings of electrical systems such as wiring diagrams and floor plans showing where electrical outlets will be placed in a building, according to specifications and standards.
2-Using CAD system to prepare electrical system( Lv, ELV, lighting, power sockets, USB sockets.
3-Coordinate with another system designer ( Architecture Mechanical) to ensure the design meets all electrical codes and regulations) .
4-Provide technical support to sales, and manufacturing teams
1. Visit MEP contractors for new projects.
2. Review documents received from contractors and send to the estimation team for quoting.
3. Review the costing sheet prepared by the estimation team before preparing a quotation.
4. Prepare reports on the above information and communicate the insights of these reports to the broader business.
5. Help accounting to collect money from customer

19.Preparing Trouble shooting procedures
1. Review contract document and advise on technical matters affecting panel construction and time cost.
2. Prepare and follow up technical specification and compliance with clients/consultant
3. Provide technical guidance and assist in development of engineering design based on project technical requirements.
4. Recommend design improvement to ensure cost-effectiveness and high quality.
5. Coordinate the approval drawings and be responsible for the distribution drawings released for construction.

9. Coordinate with quality control team for testing &commissioning of delivered material.

1. Manage a team of designers and draftsmen to issue competent cost-effective design as project specification and requirement.
2. Study the project technical documents thoroughly along with the compliance statement submitted by sales Team.
3. Review and recommend revising the compliance statement, if required, in order increase profitability.
4. Prepare value engineering while designing switchboard.
5. Co-ordinate with execution department to obtain the missing information& clarification in case of discrepancies in technical documents.
6. Fill the design checklist & provide to the drafting department to prepare the drawings accordingly.
7. Review the engineering drawings prepared by draftsmen.
8. Check the submittal before forwarding it to sales department for client’s approval.
9. Prepare the BOM for the project.
10. Release the production drawings at least 2 or 3 weeks prior to starting the production.
11. Update the changes /modifications required by the client from time to time the shop drawings and coordinate with production department till final stage.
12. Provide all technical clarification to the shop floor for successful and timely completion of the project.
13. Visit sites for technical meeting or solution of any issues related to technical problems.
My Graduation project was a Production line. Production line to separate three sizes of the item by using, two motion sensors and two-piston actuator, moving the production line we have used a single phase induction motor.
