Extract material and preparing CNC nesting drawings for steel structure of new building jack-up rigs.
Preparing CNC programs for plasma & gas cutting (ESSI, ESSAB & KOIKE machines) by using NC pyros software.
Preparing development details of structural bending parts for production purpose.
Perform and coordinate structural material take off (MTO) activities.
Identify thickness, grades & calculate the area of material requirement for each structural drawings and coordinate with material exporters.
Maintaining and updating Remnant material Register for each project.
Coordinate with CNC workshop and production team to make sure that the fabrication is as per the approved construction drawings.

Preparing Ship’s outfits drawings and 3D modeling.
Preparing detailed foundation drawings (2D & 3D) for machinery, safety, electrical and accommodation equipments.
Preparing CNC drawing for production purpose.
Preparing Bill of materials & steel weight estimation.
Preparing production drawings in accordance with class rules. (DNV, LR, etc.) and submit to the class for approval.
Coordinating with production team to make sure that the fabrication is as per the approved drawings.
Ensure that the safety, quality & environment requirements of the yard are strictly followed.
Preparing job quotations, co- ordinating with clients, Executing and controling the jobs as a team leader.

Carry out Thickness Measurements(Ultrasonic Thickness gauging) in Bulk carriers, Oil tanker, General cargo & Supply vessels for all IACS members (ABS, BV, DNV, GL, LR, NKK, RMMS, KR, RINA).
Carry out NDT (Magnetic particles & Penetrant Testing) inspection in vessels.
Dealing NDT projects with leading companies - Jan De Nul Dredging, National Petroleum Construction Company, Drydocks World - Dubai, etc
Work experience in all U.A.E ports & Drydocks.
➢ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 64% of mark from Central polytechnic college, Trivandrum.
➢ SSLC passed with 80% of mark from L.M.S H.S.S Amaravila (March 2002)
