o Sending out daily/weekly/monthly reports to higher authorities. Handling documentation and clearance of the inbound shipping, tracking the shipping & inbound trucks
o Liaising with government authorities for the exemption certificates, vehicle passes & badges

Job Responsibilities
•Handling receipt and storage of watches & parts from Switzerland as per delivery standards/OPS
•Managing work as per FIFO and handling inventory as per standards and zero stock out, safety checks and following up with suppliers for delivery schedule
•Handling receipt and distribution of general materials
•Managing transporters from different local locations
•Planning of warehouse space requirement, manpower, material storage & handling equipment, receiving and storage OPS
•Receiving daily reports of inward and outward of SKU from the team
•Guiding the team members with proper instructions
•Reporting any loss or damages to the insurance company
•Working in capacity of In-charge of accounts, inventory, material, delivery, transport etc.
•Planning and implementation of racking system for FIFO in warehouse
•Managing the security, housekeeping, technical and transport staff
•Maintaining snag list for maintenance staff to maintain building
•Handling the internal and external audits conducted by the company
