ER /HR Administrator
• My duties include updating current employees’ details on file, in addition to issuing, chasing up and inputting new employees’ details
• Provided problem resolutions to employee inquiries and employee relation issues Assisted with benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, and communicating benefit information to employees.
• Supported the maintenance of employee records, filing select paperwork and serving as backup support for routine filing.
• Generated employment paperwork including all hiring, change and exit documentation.
• Responded to employee inquiries and manage the general HR support email account.
• Maintained Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database.
• Deal with general enquires regarding HR functions promptly and efficiently to enhance the level of department service
• Preparing Monthly HR reports of employee data including but not limited to active, ex-employees, transfers and Summary by utilizing Oracle system for HR and PR data management (30000+ employees’ headcount).
• Update files, and maintain a variety of records such as work permit, residence visa, passport renewal, Immigration File number etc.
• Prepare Employment Contracts and amendments; prepare or obtain from the employees other HR forms as per HR documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with various staff for operational support activities of the unit; serve as a liaison between departments and operating units in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational problems.
• Photography: processing employees photo and printing as requirement such as security pass, visa etc.
Emirates ID coordinator
• Responsible for the Emirates ID applications (i.e.) for group employees (30, 000+), inquiries, schedule appointment, Bio metrics, modifications etc.
• Enquiry the status of Emirates id applications with Emirates ID Authority customer support team by online / Call Center (600 530003) & tracking Emirates ID cards by Emirates post group online system
• Inputs Emirates Id card details and scan and update copies on the company’s database for each employee
• Preparing reports and arrange the emirates ID card delivery to concerned Business unit /Employee
• Maintaining records for delivery acknowledgement & it’s follow-up
Duties and Responsibilities
PR Administrator
• Support HR in assisting with all government requirements for MOI and MOHRE.
• Obtain employment visas and work permits for all employees
• Manage, track and complete renewal applications of existing employees
• Schedule new and/or existing employees' medicals and biometric appointments.
• Process employee's visa cancellations
• Provide advice to employees on visa formalities and other government related procedures.
• Update files, and maintain a variety of records such as Emirates ID card, work permit, residence visa, passport renewal, Immigration File number etc.
• Responsible for the Emirates ID applications (i.e.) for group employees (30, 000+), inquiries, schedule appointment, Bio metrics, modifications etc.
