To configure Hotel systems (software) operations, utilization performance, safety and security
• To configure needs for optimal utilization of Hotel systems are being identified and implemented
• A proactive monitoring of hotel systems and software performance is implemented and supervised on a regular basis
• To ensure no unexpected hotel system downtime takes place.
• All systems function properly and in line with company and corporate standards
• Policies, regulations and practices for end users are formulated and recommended.
