Mobilizing manpower and material for different Vessels at different ports in UAE. Handled TEAM DOCK Base Job Responsibilities.
•Have been responsible for all type of mobilization for ship repairs, Industrial Site works and project jobs at UAE, Qatar, Kazakhstan, and Oman.
•Have also been posted to Fujairah Ports for operations handling and supervise Camps on procedures.
•Coordinating with port control authorities and agents for tracking down ETA & ETD of vessels at different ports. Arranging port access passes for technicians and their tools for attendance on vessels at different ports/sites in UAE.
•Dealing with customs clearance for incoming/outgoing ship spares.
•Hiring of heavy equipment's/machinery/vehicles according to job requirements.
•Mobilizing of manpower/materials for Job or Delivery purposes on Vessel /Sites on timely manner without any interference. Arranging documents for technicians attending on anchorage/sailing jobs.
•Follow up with Periodic maintenance of vehicles and updating records. Monitoring and Updating Salik chart for all (63 No's) company vehicles.
•Entering costs for transport provided for various jobs /internal departments into JDE System which helps in billing system. Handling petty cash for expenses incurred on customs docs, gate pass and other job provisions.
