Responsibilities and duties are to assist architects in the concept design process by visualizing 2D and 3D architectural plans by utilizing Photoshop and 3D S Max.
- 3D Modeling exteriors and interiors for commercial and residential.
- Working closely with architects and engineers under their guidance.
- Communicating with the clients regarding the style, design and changes.
- Creating graphic design content for advertising on social media.
- Illustrating and designing brochures, banners for specific large scale projects.
- Reporting to the Managing Director for designing presentations regarding real estate projects.
- Producing architectural drawings in to Photoshop presentations for clients.
- High quality rendering for all projects commercial or residential.
- Successfully completing projects in a timely fashion.
- Helped increase the design standard of the company in 2014 and was awarded a certificate of appreciation by the Managing Director.
- Finished over 260 projects and approved over 100 projects.
During this period I worked in Vancouver, British Colombia, Canada with various companies on part time basis for producing graphic design print ads and exhibition stands for event organizations.
My responsibilities were to coordinate closely with the design team to provide the required feel and brand for the exhibition or event and to create and design advertising elements for the event or exhibition.
Creating posters, ads, banners, business cards, logos, webdesign concept, exhibition stands.
Responsibilities were to create and design promotional material for events and exhibitions carried out by Pakistan Student Association at Simon Fraser University in Canada.
