• Implementing new policies and amending the existing policies, if required.
• Policy training for management staff and yard employees.
• Keep track on day to day attendance of management staff and yard employees.
• Looking after updating of Employee data base & employee summary,

Establishing and nurturing relationship with business organizations, giving presentation to and inviting various reputed companies for the campus placements of the institute for MMS and PGDBM, participating in the preparation of placement brochure, coordinating placement activities and other corporate relations activities such as seminars, workshops and guest lectures. Mentoring and training students on the soft skills and preparing them for Group discussion and interview.
