• Ensure all relevant and necessary modules are utilized to ensure the “optimum” service performance
• Develop a continuous CAFM training program.
• Identify the CAFM training requirements for all staff.
• Ensure the continuous development and enhancement of the CAFM System to meet business requirements and change at all times across all projects.
• Maintain a log of all users’ log-on details and provide log-on details to new users
• Export data and/or any report from the CAFM system as and when required by the Management and/or the Client
• Responsible in the checking of As Built Drawings to identify spaces and prepare asset codes prior to final data upload into the CAFM System
