• Aligned with commercials to implement daily operations dashboards related to customer service levels, orders fulfillment, Route compliance, and warehouse operations.
• Analyzed and automated the work processes/applications to process stock allocation and parallel vehicles planning for more than 2, 000 orders to complete the entire planning of deliveries and TSP Containers within 2.30 hours. The first batch of orders are integrated to WMS operations within 30 mins of sales order cutoff time. This improved the warehousing efficiency and productivity to load all the vehicles on time.
LOGISTICS PROJECTS:
• Global SAP INBOUND, OUTBOUND & INVENTORY in UAE, KUWAIT & QATAR.
o Kick-off meetings to present “to be” logistics process and analyze any potential gaps in operations.
o Manage Risk Register
o Map end to end process flows for stock allocation, handling rejections, vehicle routing, vehicle loading, loading confirmation, handling pick denials, PGI, Invoicing, pre-route post-route activities and reverse logistics.
o Align with commercials to implement shelf life batch determination strategy for sales channels.
o Work with IT to Implemented EDI’s messages to integrate SAP to WMS (Loading Requests, Loading Confirmation, ASN Requests, Stock Movements, Sales Returns and Production orders for co-packing operations)
o Sign-off blueprints.
o Work on SAP upload templates related to operations (Inventory, vehicles, drivers, customer shipments)
o Align with commercials team to finalize operations “Go-Live cut-off plan”.
o Test logistics integrated scenarios in SAP
o Provide training to key users on logistics systems.
o Support the local operations team to achieve and raise the performance bars after go live in Global SAP.
• ROAD NET in UAE, KUWAIT & QATAR.
o Delivered centralized Road Net for vehicle routing in all regions.
o Worked with sales to geocode all customers, collect information on delivery time windows, service time, and delivery priority.
o Implemented dynamic planning of customer deliveries.
o Trained the transport team on road net system and planning process.
o Minimize the vehicle planning time with 100% automated routing in Road Net.
• TELOGIS TMS
o Conducted operational feasibility with delivery drivers to demonstrate POC to management.
o Implemented Telogis to track customer service level and delivery route compliance.
o Trained the drivers and delivery helpers on work plan app.
o Trained the delivery coordinators to track the deliveries with the Telogis progression tool.
o Analyze the data to optimize the planning system and to improve delivery route compliance.
